As we journey into what feels like a new spiritual world, we are awakening to possibilities that our ancestors could only imagine. This unfolding era is not just a change in external circumstances but a profound shift in human consciousness—a movement toward living in greater alignment with the divine truth within.
The Bible speaks of renewal and transformation in many passages, reminding us that newness is always possible when we allow God to work as us. Paul writes, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). This transformation begins within, as we release limiting beliefs and step into the expansive awareness of our oneness as the Divine.
Unity teachings emphasize that this shift in consciousness is not external or dictated by the world around us—it is the natural internal result of aligning with spiritual principles. The spiritual world we are entering is not a place we journey to but a state we awaken to. When we fully embrace the truth that “God is not out there but within us,” we recognize the power of our thoughts, words, and actions to create heaven on earth.
The foundation of this new spiritual world is love. Jesus’ greatest commandment calls us to *“love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and to love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-39). In this call, we see the blueprint for a world where love becomes the guiding principle in all areas of life.
The spiritual world we are stepping into requires faith and trust in the unseen within us. In Hebrews 11:1, we are reminded, “Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” It is through this lens of faith that we recognize the world’s challenges—not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth and transformation.
Unity principles encourage us to see God’s presence even in the midst of change and uncertainty. Rather than resisting these shifts, we are called to affirm the good unfolding. As the Unity affirmation states: “I trust the process of life, knowing that I am divinely guided and supported.”
As spiritual beings having a human experience, we are not passive observers of this new world but active participants in its creation. Genesis reminds us that we are made in God’s image, endowed with the power to create through our thoughts and words.
We are entering a time of infinite possibilities, where spiritual truths once considered lofty ideals are becoming living realities. As we awaken to our divine potential, we are invited to embrace this new world with open hearts and willing spirits.
This is our time to shine, to embody divine love, to live in the full awareness of our oneness with God and each other and enjoy the gifts of the Spirit that have been promised.
The new spiritual world is here, and we are its builders. Let us step forward with faith, courage, and joy.
Love,
Rev. Robert
